This project was centered on the computerized political office holder record department. The current process of keeping of records is being operated manually and due to this procedure numerous problem are been encountered. A design was taken to computerized the manual process in order to check this problem. The problems were identified after series of interviews and examination of documents after which analysis was made and a computerized procedure recommended. This project will also suggest how to successfully implement the computerized procedure and to overcome the obstacle that would hinder the successful implementation of the system. This  present era has been termed to be an information age, an age where the demand for information has dramatically increase, the internet has been the most useful place for getting information nowadays, the use of search engines is one of the most useful, the internet is not just used for getting information but for also socializing and exchanging ideas and information, this has led to the development of several software and applications, ranging from the development of online communities, interactive applications and governmental websites.

The Government, public and private sector generate staff / political office holder records. The rules may also specify the content and structure of forms used to execute HR processes. With the introduction of computerised systems, there is tendency of not keeping printed rules and procedures up to date any longer but to rely instead on business rules built into the systems; though up-to-date online or printed manuals are still indispensable to guide users through procedures. 

Since information and privacy is very vital as it involves some secrets, strategies or ideas, there have been need to protect information from being violated or exposed. This introduces us to the need for a secure computerized political office holders profile website, Luke et al.
